Signature Spiced Sugar
Contains: sugar, orange, lemon, vanilla bean, bay, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg.
This sugar is great in coffee or hot/cold tea and is very useful in replacing sugar in recipes like french toast, banana bread, sautéed fruit, etc. It can be converted into a simple syrup for fruit salad, beverages, and cocktails by dissolving it in equal parts of boiling water. It is also fabulous for rimming glasses when serving punch, cocktails, or ginger beer.

Spice Cake Sugar
Contains: sugar, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, allspice, ginger.
This sugar is great in coffee or hot tea and is great in all sorts of baking. Use it in place of regular sugar in apple pie, mulled cider, pancakes, and cobbler crumble. It can also be converted to a simple syrup by dissolving it in equal parts of boiling water and reduced to a sweet glaze for ham.

Mayan Mocha
Contains: sugar, cocoa, espresso, cinnamon, cayenne, vanilla bean.
Some like it hot! Inspired by Mexican chocolate, this sugar can be stirred into hot milk to make a very special hot chocolate. Use it in cookies, home-made frosting, or simply sir it into coffee.

Canela Latte
Contains: sugar, cinnamon, star anise, vanilla bean, espresso powder.
Canela is the name for Mexican cinnamon! Sweet and smooth with a kiss of anise and rounded out with vanilla, this sugar is easy to love. Try it in coffee, cocoa, fruit compote, cinnamon toast, and all sorts of baking.

Vanilla-Chai Sugar (limited production)
Contains: sugar, vanilla bean, cardamom, cinnamon, allspice, fennel seed, ginger, nutmeg, star anise, pink peppercorn.

This sugar is great in coffee or hot/cold tea and is very useful for sprinkling on top of baked goods as a finishing touch. It can be converted into a simple syrup for fruit salad, beverages, and cocktails by dissolving it in equal parts of boiling water. It can be used to make a traditional chai tea by adding it to prepared black tea with milk and cinnamon.

Sabroso
Contains: sweet paprika, garlic, onion, salt, black pepper, orange, sugar, bay, fennel, oregano, espresso powder.
Inspired by my student travels, this spice mix captures the savor of Spain. Try it on baked chicken, in rice dishes, or simply dusted over tapas like cubed manchego cheese.

Moroccan

Contains: paprika, cumin, cinnamon, ginger, salt, sugar, black pepper, lemon, coriander, allspice, cardamom, bay, garlic.

This exotic grill rub and spice mix is great on lamb, beef, chicken, grilled fruits, veggies, and rice. Try it on kebabs, grilled pineapple, or in a stew. It can be used on the grill, as a marinade, or in slow cooker preparations.

Creole

Contains: paprika, salt, lemon, black pepper, garlic, onion, cayenne, oregano, thyme, bay, parsley.
This all-purpose cajun seasoning is great on meat, chicken, shrimp, fish, or veggies. Treated like an all-purpose seasoning, it is wonderful on snacks like popcorn, nuts, or party mix, and great in beans and jambalaya!

Texas Chili

Contains: chili powder, onion, garlic, cumin, oregano, coriander, paprika, cayenne, salt, black pepper.

This is a great all-purpose seasoning mix for chili, tacos, beans, veggies, and grilled meats. Use 1/4 C with 1 lb ground beef plus 8 oz tomato sauce and 8 oz water for perfect chili every time. Use a few tablespoons to season Mexican inspired soups and other dishes. If you don't know which seasoning to get, try this one! It is very versatile and never fails to please.

Havana

Contains: sage, cumin, orange, bay, nutmeg, oregano, garlic, onion, salt, black pepper.

This Cuban-inspired seasoning works well on all meats, as well as on veggies or in soups. Add a tablespoon to 1/4 C orange juice and 1/2 C olive oil for a fantastic marinade!

Sugo

Contains: oregano, fennel seed, rosemary, basil, red pepper flakes, garlic, onion, sugar, salt, black pepper.

From the Tuscan hills, the word sugo means "sauce". Add a tablespoon per pound of ground beef to make a dynamite home-made spaghetti sauce. It is also wonderful on poultry, fish, pork chops, or roasted potatoes and veggies!

Opa!
Contains: oregano, basil, dill, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, lemon, [paprika, sugar, nutmeg
An expression of Greek celebration, Opa spice mix is a party in itself. Use it in just about anything - salad dressing, roasted veggies and meats, marinades, dips...it's SO GOOD.

'the rub'

Sweet and sour, smoky and spicy - this all-purpose spice rub is great on steaks, ribs, fajitas, and as a marinade for all things grilled or roasted. Sprinkle straight on veggies like a seasoned salt or mix in potato salad for a kick!

'the bird'

This seasoning is specially formulated for your holiday turkey and stuffing! Garlic and herbs with pinch of citrus, fennel, and nutmeg, this blend can also be used to season chicken, fish, veggies, potatoes, or freshly baked herb bread.
