Introducing Sabroso - our latest spice mix! Meaning "very flavorful and tasty", sabroso is the umami of the Mediterranean. Inspired by my student travels to Spain I have created a spice mix that captures the tongue smacking savor of the region. Sweet paprika, garlic, onion, orange, and oregano come front and center, while bay, fennel, and coffee sing back up in this Spanish serenade.
